In this series you will explore and gain the knowledge of the true history of Reiki, the energy system and the nature of Reiki energy, the Reiki Code of Ethics, the five principles, the physical aspects of the chakras, how to feel your chakras, the standard hand positions and how to use Reiki to provide a treatment for yourself and generate more energy through practical application.
